What the call covers

In 15 minutes we’ll run through the kinds of questions every business should have clear answers to, but many don’t:

  • Who currently has global admin access in your Microsoft 365 tenant
  • Whether your Microsoft 365 data is separately backed up, or you’re relying on Microsoft’s default retention
  • Whether multi-factor authentication is enforced across all staff accounts
  • Whether your staff have local administrator rights on their computers
  • Whether security alerts are actively monitored, or only checked after something goes wrong
  • What happens if an account, mailbox, or device is compromised

What this isn’t

  • Not a technical audit — we can’t diagnose your environment from a phone call
  • Not a sales pitch — we won’t quote pricing or push services during the call
  • Not a contract commitment — just 15 minutes on the phone, no obligation

If there’s a fit, we can talk about what that looks like separately. If not, no harm done.
